Replacement PTAC Units in Bergen County
Bergen County has high-rise co-ops and condos along the Palisades in Fort Lee, Cliffside Park, and Edgewater, a hotel cluster around the Meadowlands and Route 17, and a large senior living market. Many of the Palisades towers date to the 1960s and 1970s, so legacy sleeves and 265V circuits are common.

Common Bergen County replacement situations
Legacy sleeves in Palisades towers
Towers from the 1960s and 1970s often have discontinued McQuay or other legacy units. McQuay replacement chassis and Applied Comfort fit the existing sleeves.
265V high-rises
Many towers run 265V, often hardwired. Match the voltage on the replacement.
Event-driven hotel schedules
Meadowlands hotels fill around stadium events. Schedule replacements for slow weeks and keep spares on site.
